I once played a game called "World of Warcraft" and it is a MMORPG meaning: a Massive Multiplayer Online Role Playing Game. It still is, one of my most favorite games I ever played and I still have a weakness for it, even though there are so many great games that have been made and I'm sure, being made. The world of World of Warcraft is a vast, beautiful and immense world or better say, set of worlds. You pick a race and class, like an elf mage or an orc warrior, and go on quests, fight monsters, explore huge landscapes, and even team up with other players. It’s split into two sides — the Alliance and the Horde — and there’s this an enormous amount of history and story behind everything. There are books and movies that are based on this game and it has millions of players allover the world still playing this day. For me, I loved the fact that I could be a cool and beautiful Nightelf Druid that had magic and weapons to slay around to get a higher level, better gear so that I could explore new places in those worlds. It still has a soft spot in my heart and that will never go away.

I came up with the name "Evrin" as that was the name for my character. It sounded ethereal and fit for a nightelf so I went with it. That name therefore, has a particular pleasant association for me, because it just reminds me of this magical game where I have spent lots of hours in wonder and discovery. Evrin Beauty therefore stands for Elven magic to me and the fact that I would like to share this magic with everyone. The magic in beauty is that it is personal to everyone like the saying: beauty is in the eyes of the beholder. So I am therefore on a mission to let people see the beauty in themselves by creating a systematic approach to taking better care of their bodies. The reason I say body is that we are increasingly more disconnected with it, as I also was. Not because of the game, but because of the fast-paced world that we live in.

What made that world so powerful wasn’t just the landscapes or the magic. It was the sense of community. You were never truly alone — there were others on the same journey, learning, failing, growing, and helping each other move forward. In real life, many of us have lost that feeling of shared exploration — especially when it comes to our bodies. Wellness often feels isolating, performative, or filled with silent comparison. Evrin Beauty was born from the desire to bring back that sense of togetherness: not by telling people what to fix, but by creating a space where listening, learning, and reflecting are shared experiences — a place where caring for the body becomes something human again, not something isolating.

When I later explored the linguistic roots of the name, I discovered that the word "Evrin" does not exist in (old) languages and that:

The Turkish word “Evren,” means universe or cosmos. With Persian origins, the word carries a profound spiritual depth — pointing to all that exists, interconnected and whole.

I think that's a beautiful way to carry the whole idea of the name; Universal beauty for everyone. Even though “Evrin” literally derives from “Evren” (universe), its connotations — include:

  • Wholeness and harmony

  • Infinite beauty

  • Calmness and depth

  • Connection between the inner and outer worlds

  • Spiritual expansion

  • Soft power and feminine balance

My wish is to encourage these ideas to everyone, as these concepts are more of a way of being and exploring than a state that is finite. Most importantly, what does feminine balance mean?

Feminine balance is the harmony between softness and strength — the ability to flow with life while remaining grounded in self-awareness and integrity. It’s
not about gender; it’s an energy, a way of being that values intuition, emotional depth, and inner wisdom just as much as action and achievement.

It means listening inward before reacting outward — trusting your body’s signals, your emotions, and your inner “yes.”

I say "yes" to all of that. I am on a journey myself, too. This, I will talk more on another blog post. But for no
w, Thank you for reading — and I’ll see you in the next post.
