The Philosophy Behind Evrin Beauty

Here I epxlain the philosophy behind Evrin Beauty and in what ways I intend to do this.

Welcome to Evrin Beauty!

Evrin Beauty is an (inner) wellness brand that aims to help you take better care of your body. How? By three main ways:
- I've created an eBook that explains the 10-pillars of Evrin Beauty and what is important to take into consideration in looking at your own daily habits.
- I provide personal coaching to guide you in the whole process of getting to know your body better and looking at your habits and what can be improved/changed depending on your goals. - Lastly, the heart of the concept: a self-reflection tool that is a log-in page for yourself. You start by filling in the questionnaire, you'll then receive a recommendation based on what you specific goals are and then you can log-in to fill in reflections on a daily, weekly and monthly basis so that after time, you'll have a map of yourself and you can see what works for you and what not.


The 10-pillar foundation

The 10-pillar foundation is a tool you see where you can improve on and what you are already doing well. These 10-pillars are universal and not complex. These are tools and subjects that can be tailor-made to you needs, depending on your personal goals.

The 10-pillars consist of:
- SPF
- Hormones
- Hydration
- Diet
- Gut health and digestion
- Supplements
- Herbs
- Hygiene
- Sleep
- Workout & Sauna (or sweating)

Applying these 10-pillars is an invitation to diving deeper into the science of Self. There are so many specialist, gurus and scientists out there that indeed have done the research on people and have the numbers or the facts that tell us what we all should do. But what if, it also depends on the person? What if, like in TCM (Traditional Chinese medicine – which is a topic that I will write more about) it also depends on the season, the body, and the current state of a person or how a person digest/process something? Facts and feelings, wellness and inner wellness, it is the combination and balance of the two is important to reflect upon frequently.

Because after all, how we look and feel depends a big part on how we nourish ourselves, physically and mentally.


The Evrin Beauty approach, a different way of looking at (inner) wellness
The Evrin Beauty approach is different. Yes, I would like you to reflect on the facts that science has given us, yes I would like to take the advices of proven studies, but most importantly, the voice of the brand, is that I want you to listen more to YOUR instinct, YOUR gut, YOUR inner voice. I don't want you to take my advice or the advice of others without second thought, I want you to see what your internal dialogue is and what your daily habits are and see if that's been working for you or not. This is something that A.I will not and cannot ever replace because it is our inner wisdom. Modern day technologies remove that from us. As Yuval Noah Harari writes in 21 Lessons for the 21st Century, ‘ In the future, A.I will be reading our emotions and set up a spotify song for us to make us feel better, because our historical data patterns show that that would help with our moods.”
Do we want A.I to chew things up for us so that we don't have to think anymore? It should be a collaboration, an improvement, not a replacement for what we truly want and need.


On the "factual" side...

A simple example that I always use is the fact that science tells us that 7-8 hour sleep is best for us, but what if I feel my best when I sleep 8-9 hours? (I really do!). I plan my days accordingly, and enjoy the longer hours in my bed. If I don't sleep as much, I will try to catch up during nap times or weekends. It's one simple example but an important one because I really believe that it's different for everyone.

On the emotional side...

So what do you really need? What have you been doing for years but actually does not serve your highest self? Do you cross emotional boundaries and what if that has to do with the hormone cycle you're in? These questions will come to light as we progress further into layers of oneself by reflecting daily, weekly, monthly, we can become more aware of what helps and what needs to be changed in our daily habits. This is what I want for you.

The heart of Evrin Beauty
I'm currently building the heart of Evrin Beauty, which is the online self-reflection tool that soon will be live. Here, you can log-in, answer a questionnaire and receive tailor-made feedback for you and your personal goals/needs. It's simple: the 10-pillars will be applied to you to see how your daily habits already correspond with what is recommended. Then, you'll be able to insert your own feedback on a daily, weekly or monthly basis and create a map for yourself based on your body.

*Should there be any case where help is needed by your doctor, the system will refer you to yours as some complications are not solvable with better habits alone.

In a nutshell
Evrin Beauty is not only about optimization — it’s most importantly about attunement. Recommendations are based on where you live, what is accessible to you, your biology, and your current state — not on a one-size-fits-all ideal.

This includes:

  • climate

  • season

  • environment

  • daily rhythm

  • hormonal profile

  • cultural context

  • personal sensitivity

This is not anti-science.
It’s applied science. The science of Self.

I hope that by reading this, my reasoning for creating Evrin Beauty has become more clear. I sincerely want to help you understand your body better and to listen more deeply to your inner voice. As true self-care is one of the most loving things you can do for others, because if you are not able to take care of yourself, how can you take care of others?

Behind this philosophy is a personal journey that taught me how deeply the body can guide us.
